Meet Diego Torres D.C.

Dr. Diego Torres, D.C.

Upper Cervical Chiropractor | Mount Dora, FL

I’m Dr. Diego Torres, a chiropractor with a passion for helping people not only feel better but stay better. I believe in a hands-on, personalized approach to care that allows me to truly connect with our patients by supporting them in living healthier and more balanced lives.

I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida Campus, after completing my undergraduate studies in Biomedical Science at the University of Central Florida. My scientific background and desire to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives have led me to pursue a career in chiropractic care.

I take a whole-body approach to health, but my focus lies in Upper Cervical Chiropractic, where I address the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. I’ve chosen to practice the Blair Upper Cervical Technique, a precise and gentle method that allows me to tailor care to each individual’s unique anatomy for optimal results.

I was drawn to the Blair Technique because of its precision and specificity. The brain is the control center for the entire body, and signals must travel through the brainstem and down the spinal cord for it to communicate properly with every system. By focusing on the upper cervical region—where this vital connection begins—I can use a gentle, targeted approach that supports the body’s ability to heal and function at its best.

My approach to care is highly personalized. After studying each patient’s specific imaging, I develop a custom care plan designed just for them. I also place a strong emphasis on patient education — because I believe that understanding your health is key to maintaining it. My goal is not just to help people feel better but to empower them to stay better for the long term.

I was born in Río Piedras, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Orlando, Florida. Outside of the office, I enjoy going to the gym, playing golf, grilling on my days off, and spending quality time with my family. I also love walking my two dogs through beautiful downtown Mount Dora. These moments help keep me grounded and bring joy to my everyday life — something I hope to share with each of my patients through meaningful, compassionate care.
