Hello again, this is Dr. Todd at Mount Dora Family Chiropractic. I just want to take a moment to talk about how do we actually address implementing vertigo solutions and at our practice. So again, vertigo is a pretty awful thing to live with. It’s completely disruptive, and it can be debilitating to your life, your activities, and your satisfaction. So what do we do here to address it?
Paraspinal Thermography
Number one, we’re going to sit down with folks and have a consultation and talk about your health history. That’s the first way we’re going to know we’re going to sit down knee to knee and chat about what’s been going on. We make sure you’re in the right place. We’re gonna do a spinal, functional and neurological evaluations, once we’ve determined that we can help you, we’ll start a deep dive. So we’re going to look at things like your posture and your range of motion. We utilize a technology called Paraspinal Thermography, which scans both sides of the spine, and it gives us an idea if there’s a disruption, or an imbalance in the neurology as it leaves the brain down through the brainstem. If we think that we need to find a misalignment, we will then utilize specialized imaging and then a specialized analysis to precisely find the misalignment.
What Makes Our Approach Unique
In our office, we use a 3D panoramic type of X ray called Cone Beam, CAT scan. I believe we’re the only office, certainly in Lake County, that utilizes this technology, but it is phenomenal. I always say that if you can’t find the problem, you can’t fix it. So that’s really what makes our office unique. We go through the steps to make sure you are in the right place. So that’s step one. In fact, we do complimentary consultations and preliminary checks to see if that’s the case. So if you’d like to do that, just call our office and we can set that up for you.
